You don’t have to face this alone

We understand that being involved in a motor vehicle accident can be an incredibly difficult and overwhelming experience — physically, emotionally, and financially. You don’t have to go through this alone.

If you’ve been injured in a motor vehicle accident caused wholly or partly by someone else, we can help you make a claim under the Queensland CTP scheme. This may cover treatment costs, related expenses, and lost wages — both now and into the future.

With free, no-obligation consultations and our No Win, No Fee promise, our team is here to guide you with care, clarity, and confidence, so you can focus on your recovery while we handle the legal process.

How does it work?

Your Compensation Comes from the Insurer, Not the Driver

The Compulsory Third Party (CTP) scheme in Queensland is a mandatory insurance system for all registered vehicles in the state. It provides financial compensation to people injured in motor vehicle accidents caused wholly or partly by someone else’s negligence.

CTP insurance is included in your vehicle registration fee, and every vehicle owner must select a licensed insurer when registering or renewing their vehicle. While insurers may differ, the coverage is standardised by law.

The CTP scheme is administered by the Motor Accident Insurance Commission (MAIC), which is responsible for approving the policies offered by insurance companies.

Your claim will proceed against the CTP Insurer who has insured the vehicle that is at fault for your accident. Most importantly, your compensation will be paid by the CTP insurer and NOT come out of the pocket of the at-fault driver.
